  • Who is eligible to receive services from NDC?

    Anyone who has an active NDIS plan is eligible to receive services from NDC. We work with self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIS-managed participants. If you're unsure about your eligibility, feel free to contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

  • How are NDC’s services funded?

    Our services are funded through the NDIS. Depending on how your NDIS plan is managed, payments can be made through the NDIS portal (NDIA-managed), by your plan manager, or directly by you (self-managed).

  • What should I do if I need to cancel a scheduled service?

    If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made without proper notice may incur a cancellation fee in line with NDIS guidelines.

  • How does NDC ensure the safety and privacy of my information

    At NDC, we take privacy and confidentiality very seriously. Your personal information is securely stored and only used for service delivery as per the NDIS Privacy Guidelines.
